Lambeau Field Wedding Show

Saturday, we got the opportunity to hang out at the Lambeau Field Wedding Show. It was a great day and we meet a lot of wonderful people.

The stage area behind the fashion show runway displayed three of our huge prints from the Premier Bride Magazine Venetian photo shoot. It was awesome to see our work printed to large.

A special shout-out to our friends who came out to see us and those that participated in the hair show and as models for the fashion show--you ladies were beautiful as usual!

If you get a chance to talk to Sue from Visuelle Productions, let her know how great the show was. Sue you did Venice proud!

The lovely ladies of Abracadabra Hair Salon: Brenda, Kim and Amber as they take their final bow after the hair show.

Our fabulous friend, Lorie that gave up her afternoon to be a hair model, strutting her stuff on the runway during the hair show.

You might recognize this face as our senior ambassador, Mara. Smiling as always as she walks the runway.

Our faithful customer and friend, Joey, made her debut as a runway model at the fashion show...and preformed fantastically, as we expected!

Sarah Benthein...Senior Ambassador

Sarah Benthein...Senior Ambassador from Appleton East High School. That's right...it's that time again, time to start thinking about senior portraits! We did our first ambassador shoot last week and wanted to share a few favorites with everyone. Sarah is a lovely girl and we hope you enjoy viewing her photos. Talk with Sarah about her experience and watch for her portfolio book and money saving coupons within the next month or so. Thanks Sarah...we love ya! :)

A Valentine's Day inspired engagment shoot...

Ann and Ben gave us the opportunity to shoot a Valentine's Day inspired engagement session.
We of course did the traditional stuff here in the studio, but then headed outside for a snowshoeing, red Kool-Aiding, puppy-playing afternoon.
It was a great shoot, despite the fact that we all went home a bit wet and a lot cold.
We can add these to our fantastic collection of "themed" engagement portraits; but first we wanted to share a few of our favs... Enjoy!

ReVamp of the Studio

As you know, we are always reinventing the look of the studio, our shooting style, and well, our personal style.

Recently we spent a few days cleaning (because Debbie LOVES to clean; seriously, who enjoys vacuuming!?) digging out (a.k.a, rediscovering) old props, switching out backgrounds and painting a few walls.
It's like that feeling of finding your 'favorite' pair of shoes, that you totally forgot you owned or like finding five bucks in your coat pocket...you all know what I am talking about. No matter what you compare it to, it is always great when you can totally transform an existing area, with just a few tweaks of this or that and a coat of paint.

As you can image, things got a bit messy, but we love the look of our RED wall!

Check out the "new" areas we created in the camera room...and our first attempt to use a motorized paint roller (we suggest reading all the directions before you begin-just a thought)!

Debbie beginning our first strokes with the paint roller...Why the video is sideways, I am not sure...sorry about that!
*Is that really how my voice sounds!?
I also wanted to thank everyone for the wonderful birthday wishes. I celebrated my 26th b-day last Thursday, and just wanted to send a shout-out to everyone that came out to celebrate with me and for all the warm wishes! So far, 26 has been pretty good to me and 2010 is shaping up to be my year! Thanks again!
